Feature Request: Dialer Capacity & Call Routing

I’d like to request a couple of features that would greatly improve our calling workflow:
A 10-line dialer to handle multiple calls at the same time.
A call routing feature that can automatically direct incoming calls to available agents instead of a single assigned user.
These improvements would help us manage call volume more efficiently and avoid missed opportunities when users are busy.
Please let me know if these features are planned or if there are any alternatives available.
